Perfect Location.

There was 3 things annoyed me: 1- the toilets smells. 2- the price compare to other higher rank hotels was exaggerated . 3- the reception staff wasn't attended all the time in the reception.

This place is a quiet little spot overlooking the sea, with spacious rooms featuring a very comfortable bed and well-equipped bathrooms, and it's conveniently located close to the beach.

Bed sheets looked dirty, not sure they have been changed since previous guest. The room in general is dusty and poorly maintained.

I chose Grand Orchid Inn Patong Beach specifically because it was within close proximity to the attractions I wanted to visit in Phuket. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the reliable service and professional staff at the hotel. Additionally, the fact that WiFi is free throughout the entire hotel was a great convenience. The availability of bike and car rentals at the inn also made it easy for me to explore the area.

Lack of natural light in room. Inconsistency in transfer pricing.

Big bed, clean bathroom and it's own balcony, flat screen TV with cable channels, and complimentary wireless internet in the room. Stunning and fab location in Patong, just next door to many shops and the beach and other hot-spots in Patong. Also, very close to basically everything else too.

The rooms at Grand Orchid Inn Patong Beach are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The private bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with complimentary toiletries provided. I especially loved the larger room with a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea while watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Personally, I found the satellite TV selection a bit limited, but others might still enjoy it.

the particularly good and magnificent location was walking distance from hat patong. the area was good, a vacation base for me. rooms with a balcony had a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel is a two minute walk from the beach,and close to shopping resteraunts and night life.it is also very affordable hotel staff is veryfriendly and speak english . The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily.

I really liked this place - super clean and the folks at the front desk were friendly. the restaurant here has tasty Pakistani dishes at prices that won't break the bank 💸.

It was a really nice place. The room not so big but with A/C /safe and a Shower. Don't really need more when you travel (back pack). The hotel is 2min far from the beach/shops/restaurants.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Grand Orchid Inn. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even upgraded us to a Family suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and close to popular attractions. The prices were very reasonable and we even had the option to rent motor bikes. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
